MODUS Structures is seeking experienced Framers and Carpenters to join our growing manufacturing team in Crossfield, Alberta. Working in our modern, climate-controlled production facility, you'll help build high-quality modular structures for commercial, educational, residential, industrial, and institutional projects.

What You'll Do
Depending on your experience and skills, you may work in one or more of the following production areas:
- Wood Framing
- Interior Finishing
- Steel Stud Framing
- Parapet Construction
- Roofing
- Floor Assembly
Working alongside a skilled production team, you'll safely construct modular building components while maintaining MODUS' high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who have:
- Minimum 2–5 years of framing and/or carpentry experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction
- Ability to safely operate a scissor lift (certification is considered an asset)
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
