Hours: Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Campus: Fennell
Rate of Pay: $105 - $182 per hour
Start Rate: Upon hire, Human Resources will conduct a rate calculation based on completed education and work experience to determine the step within the range as per the Collective Agreement

The McKeil School of Business requires a part-time Professor to teach Management Information Systems courses, at both the senior and junior level, including but not limited to: theoretical business applications in the Business (General) and Business Administration Programs.
Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Professors in this department are responsible for providing academic leadership for developing an effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create a positive learning environment in the classroom and laboratories
- Providing innovative educational delivery and experiences through the use of online educational technology and learning management systems for in-class and online delivery
- Use a variety of techniques to evaluate student achievement of learning outcomes
- Develop, deliver and revise learning resources within the department
Areas of subject matter expertise of interest include:
Qualifications: The successful applicant will have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business, MBA, DBA, PhD.
- At least five (5) years of relevant “practitioner” experience preferred.
- Must have experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and Tableau.
- Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level would be an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of students, employees and the community.
