The Associate, Executive Search and Client Services is a critical member of the MondouxRollins Partners team and plays an important role in the execution of executive search assignments, helping identify, attract and assess exceptional leadership talent on behalf of private company clients.
Working as part of a project-based search team, the Associate supports the successful execution of executive search assignments from launch through completion. This includes research, candidate identification, market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment support, client service coordination and project execution.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn the executive search profession while gaining exposure to private companies, entrepreneurs, executive leaders and boards across Canada. It also provides the opportunity to contribute to the execution of Canada's Best Private Boards Summit and Awards, one of the firm's most significant annual initiatives.
Success in the role requires a combination of intellectual curiosity, strong judgment, attention to detail, project management discipline and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate enjoys learning, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by solving complex talent challenges.
While prior executive search experience is welcome, it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is smart, collaborative, coachable and ambitious, with the drive to learn and grow within a high-performance professional services environment.
If you enjoy research, problem-solving, working with people and contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients, this role may be an excellent fit.
