MOR Logistics is looking for an experienced, results-driven Truck Dispatcher with strong knowledge of the North American freight market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Secure profitable loads using DAT & Loadlink.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers.
- Identify high-paying freight lanes and minimize deadhead miles.
- Build strong broker relationships and maximize revenue per truck.
- Coordinate load bookings with our operations team.
🔹 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in load booking and freight brokerage.
- Hands-on experience with DAT and Loadlink.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of USA–Canada freight lanes and market rates.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
