Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, maintain, and commission control systems for automated and semi-automated machines and processes, including PLC programs, HMI applications, and control panels. Integrate and start up systems, prepare operation and maintenance manuals, support project teams, and finalize as-built design documentation.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year engineering degree, or five years of related experience; electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred. Candidates should be able to interpret process diagrams, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics, apply sound engineering judgment, and have relevant experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, or AutoCAD; knowledge of the National Electric Code and UL 508A is also expected.
