We have an opening for a Purchasing & Process Coordinator to support our locations with purchasing, inventory, and order management. You’ll play an important role in ensuring accurate data, timely purchase orders, and consistent processes across our locations.
What You'll Do
Manage Purchasing & Data
- Prepare, enter, and track purchase orders using an ERP system
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, pricing, and shipping information.
- Review requests for completeness and accuracy and ensure orders are processed on time.
- Research and correct discrepancies in pricing, orders, invoices, and system data.
Support Locations
- Support locations in understanding and follow purchasing and inventory processes.
- Provide guidance on procedures.
- Identify and address process errors or non-compliance and help prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate & Resolve Issues
- Work with locations, suppliers, and finance team to resolve purchasing and invoice issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure issues are addressed quickly.
- Maintain positive relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- A process-oriented mindset and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- At least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, retail, healthcare, or a related environment.
- Experience with ERP is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
