Move Coordinators Inc.

Move Coordinators started when our founder, Karen Bodoano, recognized a need during her 29 years in the self-storage business. Moving is overwhelming. Many people want assistance in making this transition less stressful. Seniors, especially, can find the moving process very daunting.

Our senior moving company is a new service in Canada. As a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers we have experience and contacts to help move elders with ease. Our senior relocation services are tailored to each client.

After an initial, complimentary home visit, a needs assessment is done. An estimate will be prepared to detail all of the services requested. Downsizing is a key component of a successful move with several strategies available. Our goal is to make the moving process as smooth of a transition as possible. The end result is for your loved one to be settled into their new home, ready to enjoy the next chapter of their life.

Our vision is to provide you or your loved one a seamless move. Let us take you from overwhelmed to settled, with integrity, kindness and great communication.

Complete the contact form today or call us at (780) 668-8811 during our office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We will answer any questions you have and can arrange a suitable time for a complementary in-home visit.
