IT Project Manager – H2R | Oracle HCM / HR Technology
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager – H2R to manage HR technology initiatives and coordinate HR, IT, business stakeholders, support teams, and vendors. The role will focus on project delivery, issue/ticket coordination, timelines, SLAs, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate HR/IT technology projects from planning through delivery.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate IT support teams and track tickets, escalations, and SLA performance.
- Work with HR/business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Manage vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
- Provide project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Support release/change management and business readiness.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI/GenAI initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, IT Service Delivery, or related roles.
- Strong experience managing IT projects, stakeholders, issues, risks, and deliverables.
- Experience with ticket/SLA management and IT support operations is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.
- Oracle HCM/HRIS experience is preferred but not mandatory; minimal Oracle exposure is acceptable.
- PMP, Agile, or ITIL certification is a plus.
