Mushuau Innu First Nation is one of two Innu Nations in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Innu people have a unique culture and historical relationship with Canada. Our constructed community is located in Natuashish, a remote settlement on the northeastern coast of Labrador. Natuashish was bult in 2002 after relocating from an older settlement known in English as Davis Inlet. Innu people are indigenous to the Nitassinan region, which spans vast regions of what is known today as Labrador and Quebec.
