THE ROLE
You build Naboo's field marketing in the US, with one mission: make Naboo the partner large companies choose for their meetings and events, across teams and countries. Our enterprise relationships often start bottom-up, with teams already booking through Naboo. The goal is a signed framework agreement, then more teams adopting Naboo after signature. Your events put our sales team in the room with the people who sign, procurement, finance and the leaders who own meetings and events, and turn those moments into pipeline.
Based in Montreal or New York, you report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing. You work every day with the US enterprise sales team and the Enterprise Marketing Campaign Manager, and you share playbooks with our field marketer in Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The US field program: plan and run the calendar of buyer events (executive dinners, roundtables, buyer evenings, experiences) for procurement, finance, HR and workplace leaders at our target accounts.
- Pipeline from every event: build the guest list with Sales from our named accounts, drive attendance, and own the follow-up, so each event ends with meetings booked and opportunities you can name.
- Sales partnership: be the go-to partner of our US account executives. Plan events around their accounts and deals, brief them before, debrief with them after.
- Trade shows and industry events: pick the few that matter for our buyers and make them count, with meetings booked before the show, not badge scans after.
- Events that prove the product: our business is events. Source and book your venues and partners through Naboo, so every event shows buyers what we deliver.
- Customer advocacy: turn happy US clients into hosts, speakers and references.
- Budget and results: own the US field budget and report cost per meeting, pipeline created and deals influenced.
- An AI-run seat: agents handle research, guest lists, reminders, follow-up drafts and reporting, so you spend your time on the room and the relationships.

You have worked hand in hand with enterprise account executives and been measured on meetings and pipeline.
