Description
Our Servers are an important part of the Nest’s front-of-house team, creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who communicate well, pay attention to the details, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you understand what it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations, and you find joy in continuing to learn and build your skills - with training and support provided to help you succeed.
Availability This role requires availability for scheduled shifts on Thursdays within the hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Applicants must also provide their availability for the remainder of the week as part of their application.
Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour, and is negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid ProServe certification
- Strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Legally entitled to work in Canada without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization
Assets:
- Previous serving or food and beverage experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Additional training such as ProTect, Standard First Aid, Food Safety, and/or WHMIS
