Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Account Executive to join our Corporate Account Team in Oakville. In this role, you will lead B2B business development, prospecting, and direct sales into the Medium, and Commercial/Enterprise business segments.
You are a hunter by nature who thrives on cold-calling, research, and strategic networking to build a robust pipeline of new business relationships. Backed by Canada’s most iconic network brand (Bell) and National Wireless’s deep portfolio of hardware and connectivity solutions, you will serve as a single point of contact for clients across the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively cold call, network, and research target accounts to uncover new sales opportunities across assigned territories.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Serve as the single point of contact and customer advocate, guiding prospective accounts through needs analysis, solution design, proposal presentation, closing, and ongoing account growth.
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Present and sell complete B2B technology solutions - including Bell Mobility voice & wireless data products, Wireline/Internet solutions, PSaas, SaaS solutions, Telematics, IoT, Cloud, Cyber Security, MSP and Managed Mobility Services. Successful candidates will sell based on strategic value and business outcomes rather than price.
- Pipeline Management & CRM Administration: Maintain daily hygiene of all sales leads, opportunities, client account reviews, and sales activities within Salesforce.com (or designated CRM). Accurately forecast revenue and complete required sales administrative tasks.
- Product & Market Expertise: Continuously build and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive offerings, industry trends, and the complete portfolio of our products and offerings.
- Collaboration & Client Growth: Partner with internal technical specialists, account teams, and external resource teams to achieve target revenue goals, drive customer retention, and maximize customer lifecycle value.
Qualifications & Critical Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B direct sales or account management experience (Telecom, IT, SaaS, or Managed Services sales experience is strongly preferred).
- Sales Mindset: A proven "hunter" track record of acquiring new business accounts through active prospecting, cold outreach, and consultative selling.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills with an ability to engage key executive stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with mobile devices, wireless data applications, SaaS platforms, MDM solutions, and general connectivity concepts.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client meetings.
What We Offer

- Career Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning, career advancement, and professional development within a growing organization.
- Strong Portfolio: Access to elite, market-leading solutions powered by Bell’s network and National Wireless’s specialized partner offerings.
