About the role
The Data Administrator - Nch’ú7mut is the operational backbone of contract lifecycle management and data integrity for the Nch'ú7mut Contracting Ltd. (Nch'ú7mut) Team. This role reports to the Manager, Business Performance, and is responsible for administering contracts end-to-end - drafting, tracking, and maintaining agreements - while also owning the data quality behind Nch'ú7mut's reporting, dashboards, and NetSuite records.
This position suits someone who is precise, system-minded, and comfortable working independently while checking in daily with the team. Strong contract administration instincts, sharp attention to detail, and genuine data/analytical curiosity (comfort in Excel, structured data entry, and reporting tools) are equally important.
