Responsibilities
Complete a broad management training program covering industry fundamentals, product knowledge, financial management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, sales, and information systems. Develop experience in customer and supplier relations, human resources, and corporate administration in preparation for a future leadership role.
Requirements
Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy taking on challenges, be customer-oriented, and work well as part of a team. They must be available and willing to complete the training program and have a valid driver's license and good credit rating.
