About NewLife Marketing
NewLife Marketing is a growth-focused marketing agency specializing in paid advertising, SEO, creative production, website development, and revenue generation systems.
We don’t just build advertisements. We build revenue engines for businesses looking to scale.
We’re expanding our in-house sales department and looking for driven Business Development Representatives who want to build a long-term career in sales and earn based on the results they produce.
This is a performance-driven position for someone who enjoys prospecting, developing business relationships, speaking with decision-makers, and turning opportunities into revenue.
The Opportunity
As a BDR at NewLife Marketing, your primary responsibility will be generating new business through high-volume outbound prospecting and account-based sales development.
You will work directly from our office alongside our sales and marketing team, focusing exclusively on acquiring new clients for NewLife Marketing.
Your role will involve researching businesses, contacting decision-makers, building relationships, booking qualified meetings, and consistently developing our sales pipeline.
Our team will provide sales processes, CRM systems, training, and support to help you develop into a high-performing sales professional.
Compensation - A Clear Path to Higher Earnings
Our compensation structure is designed to reward both immediate sales results and long-term client acquisition.
- Base Compensation
Starting base salary: $2,500 per month.
Commission earnings paid in addition to base compensation.
Guaranteed minimum earnings in accordance with Ontario employment standards.
- New Client Commissions
Earn commission on qualified new client accounts that you help bring into NewLife Marketing.
For example, at a 25% commission rate on the first month’s collected service retainer:
Two new clients at $5,000/month each = $10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue.
Your new-client commission = $2,500.
Base compensation + closing commission = $5,000 for that month.
- Monthly Recurring Revenue Commission
Earn an additional 3% monthly commission on eligible active recurring client revenue that you generate, subject to the company’s commission plan.
This gives successful BDRs the opportunity to grow their monthly earnings as they build a larger, retained portfolio of client accounts.
- Long-Term Earning Potential
Our compensation model is structured to create increasing income opportunities over time.
An illustrative mature-portfolio scenario:
Monthly base: $2,500
New-client closing commissions: $2,500
Recurring revenue commission: $3,300
Total potential monthly earnings: $8,300
This scenario requires $10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue closed that month and $110,000 in eligible active client monthly recurring revenue. It represents an advanced performance scenario, not guaranteed or typical starting earnings.
Performance Expectations
This is a results-oriented sales position with clear performance standards.
Core sales target: $10,000 in new monthly recurring client revenue per quarter.
Successful representatives are expected to consistently generate new sales opportunities and work toward achieving this target after their initial onboarding period.
Using an illustrative 30% qualified-meeting-to-client conversion rate, approximately seven qualified sales meetings could result in two new clients. Actual conversion rates will vary.
Daily responsibilities include:
High-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
Personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Targeted account-based marketing and relationship development.
Identifying business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Generating and booking qualified sales meetings.
Following up with prospects through structured outreach sequences.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and an organized pipeline.
Tracking daily outreach activity, conversations, meetings, and sales opportunities.

Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity.
Interest in business development, entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Previous BDR, SDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience is an asset, but we value drive, coachability, and consistency.
