**This role will be 4 days onsite to start with and then once settled in the role, that will reduce to 2-3 days**
Workday Analyst
I am partnered with a huge construction business who are looking to hire a Workday analyst, to join the HRIS Team
You will play a key part in supporting and enhancing Workday across a broad range of HR modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Recruiting, Talent and Talent.
You will have strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, and security, and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and HR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering directly with stakeholders to improve processes and deliver effective HR technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert day-to-day support across Workday HCM and related modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security groups, domains, and related functionality.
- Support Workday Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Security, and other supported modules.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of HRIS experience including HCM
- Can demonstrate configuration experience of Workday modules
- Ability to create workday report (Advanced/Matrix/Composite) and dashboards
- Hands on experience with EIBs
