Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) – CIAM

Position Summary
The Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives across multiple products and platforms. The role provides delivery leadership, drives execution excellence, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures solutions are delivered securely, on time, within scope, and aligned to business and regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CIAM programs, projects, and platform initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Establish delivery plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Business, and Vendor teams.
- Facilitate executive updates, governance reviews, risk discussions, and decision-making forums.
- Build strong partnerships across TD and external delivery partners.
Program & Project Management
- Drive Agile delivery across PODs and ARTs.
- Monitor project health, financials, resource capacity, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory commitments.
Technical & Delivery Oversight
- Provide delivery governance across CIAM platforms, including Authentication, Registration, MFA, and Consumer Onboarding capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security standards, and SDLC practices.
- Support solution reviews, release planning, and production readiness.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify delivery, operational, and technology risks early.
- Drive mitigation plans and escalate critical issues appropriately.
- Lead incident management, post-production monitoring, and stabilization activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Product Owners, Developers, QE, Architects, BSAs, and Operations teams.
- Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support resource planning, onboarding, performance development, and succession planning.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive operational efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and improved governance.
- Establish best practices, playbooks, and delivery standards across CIAM teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 7+ years of technology delivery and program management experience.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Banking, Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Digital Authentication experience preferred.
- Experience managing distributed onshore, offshore, and vendor delivery teams.
