Sales Advisor - Education (Admissions)

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys working to targets and closing deals? Looking for a role where your sales skills can help someone take the next step in their career?
NIWE Academy is looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Advisor to join its admissions team in downtown Calgary.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role, with the team regularly achieving around 40 student enrolments per month.
The role
You’ll speak with prospective students who are considering a career in beauty and wellness, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrolment process.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding quickly to inbound enquiries by phone, text and email
- Booking, confirming and delivering campus tours
- Understanding each prospective student’s goals, finances and timescales
- Explaining programmes clearly and confidently
- Handling questions and objections in a helpful, professional way
- Asking for the enrolment and confidently closing the sale
- Supporting students from initial enquiry through to their first day
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Achieving and exceeding monthly enrolment targets

NIWE Academy is a leading beauty and wellness college based in downtown Calgary. Since 2012, more than 3,500 students have graduated across programmes including Hairstyling, Barbering, Esthetics, Clinical Aesthetics, Laser and PMU.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs
- Confidence asking for the sale and closing opportunities
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Experience managing leads or customers through a CRM
- The resilience to handle rejection and keep performing
- A positive attitude towards coaching, training and feedback
Education or admissions experience would be useful but isn’t essential. Candidates from sectors such as fitness, automotive, telecoms, financial services or other high-volume sales environments are encouraged to apply.
Additional languages including Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog, Spanish, Ukrainian or Arabic would also be an advantage.
