Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services is the provincial health authority for Newfoundland and Labrador, delivering patient-centred care to more than 510,000 people across the province.

Established in 2023 through the integration of Newfoundland and Labrador’s former regional health authorities and the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information (NLCHI), NL Health Services is building a more connected, innovative and sustainable health system for today and into the future.

Our vision is health and well-being for every person in every community. Guided by our values of innovation, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence, we work together to improve health outcomes and advance quality care throughout the province.

NL Health Services delivers a broad range of programs and services, including primary health care, hospital and emergency services, urgent care, long-term care, public health, mental health and addictions services, community-based supports and provincial specialty programs. Our teams of employees, physicians, volunteers and partners serve people in urban, rural and remote communities across the province.
