Role Description The Associate Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brockville, ON, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This includes overseeing team members, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring merchandising standards, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment. The role involves promoting strong customer service practices, resolving customer concerns, and supporting initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. The Associate Store Manager helps manage scheduling, training, and performance feedback for store staff, while also assisting with retail loss prevention activities and adherence to operational policies. This position contributes to a safe, inclusive workplace and supports community-focused initiatives aligned with the No Frills brand.
