Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one education to support health promotion and chronic illness prevention through nutrition management. Assess and implement nutritional care plans for clients with acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with various health programs and services.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and an accredited Dietetic Internship Program is mandatory, along with registration in good standing with The College of Dietitians of Ontario. One to three years of experience in clinical and/or community nutrition is required, with preferred qualifications including Certified Diabetes Educator certification and experience working with Indigenous communities.
