What it’s like to be a Northbridge Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Development
Our Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst plays a very important function for the organization. They are responsible for coordinating strategic research (external & internal analyses), strategic performance management, and supporting the project intake process and various transaction-related activities - including reporting and governance. Our Analysts work within a small team while collaborating across the organization on various projects, contributing to processes which advance corporate strategy. They assist with communication of significant trend findings and implications to senior management and share similar reporting with employees.
On top of their analysis, they coordinate data required for monitoring strategic initiatives and quarterly status reporting. They also manage the reporting and governance of strategic investments and transactions; assisting the team with investments and financing due diligence.

If you have:
Undergraduate Degree in a business-oriented program such as business administration or economics.
2-4 years business experience, with a focus on business, product, market, or customer analytics.
Prior experience in preparing and leading presentations.
Prior experience with financial modeling, planning or project analysis is an asset.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back - we’d still love to hear from you.
