The Manager, Long-Term Care participates in the implementation of strategic objectives and operational plans to provide effective and efficient delivery of long-term care that meets Northern Health’s policies and health priorities. The position is responsible for providing leadership in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services for all assigned sites and programs.
Starting salary will be approximately from $132,169 to $163,073 and will be based on education, training, experience, reporting structure and salaries of similar positions.
