The Foreperson will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an efficient manner, assisting in managing construction schedules, coordinating crew activities, overseeing the requirement of tools and materials required for the job three months in advance, and maintaining performance and quality standards. Your key duties will include:

Provide technical assistance to field staff and coordinate project requirements with various team members, including the Site Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Designer, and Fabrication Shop.

Adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, or requirements, effectively communicating these changes to the project team and adjusting work schedules and plans as needed.
