We are hiring a Proposal Manager to join our Team based here in Ottawa.
You will be responsible for working with Nova’s resources to develop and submit persuasive and professional proposals that communicate the benefit of the services Nova provides.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
- Overseeing the proposal development efforts
- Developing proposal development timelines
- Working with Nova resources write specific content that addresses the stated requirements
- Coordinating the proposal review cycle
- Producing and submitting proposal document(s)
- Maintaining the proposal library
Required Skills:
- Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Communication skills: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities
- Project management: Experience with project management principles and software to track progress and manage resources
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and past performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Seven to 10 years of Proposal Development Experience
- Strong communication skills (French and English language skills)
