Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with internal operations and packaging teams, monitoring quality and regulatory requirements, and communicating updates clearly and promptly. The role involves building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for account growth, preparing proposals and pricing, and supporting the resolution of any service or delivery issues. The Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in client service and packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with the ability to present information clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues constructively.
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, or healthcare-related industries, ideally within packaging, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., Health Canada, FDA) is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using common business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) to track accounts and report performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
