About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Mortgage Agents.
As a Mortgage Agent at NP Mortgages, you will meet with clients, understand their financial needs and help them find the right mortgage solution. You will guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from the first conversation to closing and beyond.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Scarborough office.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, understand their goals and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Review client documents, complete applications and manage files through closing
- Communicate with lenders, lawyers, underwriters and real estate professionals
- Build strong relationships, generate leads and grow your client network
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, sales and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
- Experience in mortgages, banking, real estate or financial services preferred
- Licensed in Ontario or willing to complete the required licensing
