Role Description The Full-Stack Tech Lead Equity Partner will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications that support home health operations and client services. This is an on-site role located in Canada, involving close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to translate healthcare workflows into secure, scalable digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading full-stack development efforts, setting technical architecture standards, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and managing project delivery timelines. The role also involves defining product roadmaps, integrating third-party systems such as scheduling, EMR, and billing platforms, and ensuring compliance with relevant privacy and healthcare regulations. As an equity partner, the individual will participate in strategic planning, contribute to business growth decisions, and share in ownership responsibilities for technology and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Full-stack development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, RESTful APIs, database design).
- Front-end engineering capabilities (responsive UI/UX implementation, HTML/CSS, component-based frameworks).
- Back-end engineering experience (microservices architecture, integration with third-party APIs, performance optimization).
- DevOps and infrastructure skills (cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing and deployment).
- Technical leadership abilities (team mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions, agile project management).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to security, reliability, and data privacy.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
