About The Role
We are in search of a Junior Photo & Video Producer to join our in-house creative team. As a Junior Photo & Video Producer, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and pre-production stage, as well as assisting on production for all photo and video content. Our brands; Cira Nutrition and Jacked Factory rely on photo and video creative to support all marketing campaigns, spanning several platforms such as email marketing, paid advertisements, social media marketing and more. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their production career who's eager to learn on the job and work across a variety of creative projects with potential to grow within the company.

What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video productions, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment procurement
- Support pre-production tasks: shot listing, call sheets, and talent/vendor coordination
- Camera operation, lighting operation, and audio utility on set as needed
- Assist with basic photo retouching and video editing (color correction, trimming, basic motion graphics, sound design)
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring files are properly labeled and archived
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to understand content needs and deadlines
- Help manage shoot budgets and track expenses
- Stay inspired with photo/video trends, tools, and techniques
- Provide on-set support to senior producers and photographers/videographers
- 1–2 years of experience in photo/video production, videography, photography, or a related field (internships count!)
- Experience using Davinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A growing portfolio or reel demonstrating photo/video work
- Experience with social media content formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience with other capture methods (dron photography/videography, GoPro, etc)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

They should understand basic camera, lighting, and audio techniques, communicate and collaborate well, manage multiple deadlines, and have a growing photo or video portfolio; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is listed as a nice-to-have.
