Job Description
O-Netrix Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Systems Lead to provide senior-level technical support and leadership within our IT Services team.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex Level 3 technical issues, design and implement customer IT environments, and lead infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades. The position works with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, virtualization, cloud services, backup/disaster recovery and cybersecurity. The position will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT technicians and assist in establishing technical standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of relevant IT experience, with demonstrated senior-level technical capabilities
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and network infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting complex server, network and end-user IT issues
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
- Clean/acceptable Criminal Record Check
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly and professionally with business customers
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and experience with Microsoft Entra ID, cybersecurity, virtualization, firewalls and backup/disaster recovery are considered assets.
