THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our award-winning firm in the Vancouver office.
What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the Corner Group, a collaborative team of 14 professionals. This role will provide operational, administrative, marketing, and data management support to help keep the team organized, efficient, and focused on delivering exceptional client service.
You will support day-to-day coordination across the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating client and team events, supporting communications and marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate CRM data, and assisting with reporting and general office administration.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for the Corner Group
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Advisors and the broader team
- Assist with client communications, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Help plan client appreciation and internal team events
- Manage office administration, including supplies, couriers, and mailouts
- Maintain CRM data, reporting, and team records
- Provide general administrative support across the team

- Document and Information Management – Organize, store, maintain and retrieve documents, information and/or digital files to keep information accessible, orderly, secure, and up-to-date
- Event and Meeting Management – Plan and execute events or meetings to ensure they run smoothly, meet objectives, remain within budget, and create a positive or memorable experience
- Professionalism – Consistently demonstrate tact, diplomacy, courtesy, and a positive demeanor in interactions with others, fostering trust and respect in a professional environment
- Systems and Application Proficiency – Use, maintain, manage, or improve specific systems or applications in our role to work effectively and efficiently
- Analysis – Assess quantitative and qualitative data, information, or situations to understand the most important details, identify patterns or meaning, and translate it into useful recommendations, decisions, or actions
Knowledge And Experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple team members or leaders in a professional services environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an asset
- Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Copilot is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reporting skills and attention to data accuracy
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or office operations
- Experience in financial services is an asset
- Experience supporting social media activities is an asset

We offer a competitive and equitable total rewards package, including mentorship programs and meaningful professional development to support your continued growth. The expected compensation range for this role is $50,000 – $58,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
