Odysphere develops and delivers standardized, non-clinical group wellbeing programs for workplaces, community organizations, and professional teams.

Our programs create defined transition points during and after the workday, helping participants step out of a sustained work rhythm and return with greater clarity and steadiness.

SHIFT is a 45-minute, in-person workplace program delivered during the workday. It creates a clear reset point before the next task begins.

Evening Reset is a 75-minute, in-person program delivered after the workday. It supports the transition into the evening and prepares participants for rest and sleep.

Each program combines structured light movement, stillness, and guided practice. Trained facilitators follow a standardized delivery model to maintain consistency across groups and settings.

These are not fitness classes, clinical treatments, or facilitated group discussions.

Odysphere was developed through 20 in-person pilots in Halifax, with 130 participant feedback records collected immediately after sessions and at follow-up points.
