At Offstreet, we're making parking simpler for the people who manage it and the people who use it. Our technology helps parking operators create a better experience for their customers, and our Account Managers play a big part in making that happen.
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Private Operators team!
This role is all about building great relationships, understanding our clients' businesses, and helping them get the most out of Offstreet. You'll also play a part in growing our business by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and genuinely cares about helping clients succeed.
If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being part of a growing team where your work makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: At this time, we're prioritizing applications from candidates based in Regina or elsewhere in Saskatchewan.
Who You Are
You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys getting to know your clients and understanding what matters to them. You're organized, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You don't just wait for problems to come your way. You're thinking ahead, spotting opportunities, and looking for ways to make things better.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Genuinely care about your clients and take pride in building relationships that last.
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and projects at once.
- Have experience onboarding clients virtually, helping them get set up, comfortable, and confident using new technology.
- Are proactive by nature. You notice when something isn't working, ask good questions, and take initiative to make it better.
- Are comfortable working with different types of people, from frontline operators to business owners and leadership teams.
- Have some sales experience or a natural ability to recognize opportunities, have conversations about growth, and connect clients with solutions that make sense for their business.
- Have experience using tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms to stay organized, track client activity, and manage relationships.
- Enjoy working across teams and know that great customer experiences don't happen in isolation.
- Can balance the bigger picture with the day-to-day details. You're comfortable thinking strategically but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Use data and client feedback to understand what's working, identify risks, and find opportunities for growth.
- Thrive in a growing company where things move quickly, ideas are welcomed, and there's always something new to learn.
- Are comfortable with occasional travel (approximately 3–5 trips per year) to visit clients, attend industry events, and build relationships in person.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of Private Operator clients, building strong relationships and helping them succeed with Offstreet from onboarding through long-term growth.
A few of the things you'll be responsible for:
- Build great client relationships. Get to know your clients, understand how their businesses operate, and become someone they trust and enjoy working with.
- Own the client experience. Be proactive in your communication, follow through on commitments, and make sure clients feel supported and taken care of.
- Support onboarding and adoption. Help new clients get up and running, understand the platform, and feel confident using Offstreet.
- Drive retention and growth. Understand client goals, identify opportunities to add value, and help grow accounts where it makes sense.
- Support account expansion. Have conversations about additional locations, services, or opportunities where Offstreet could bring more value to a client's business, working alongside Sales when needed.
- Stay ahead of challenges. Keep a pulse on client engagement, recognize potential issues early, and work with the right people to find solutions.
- Look for the bigger picture. Notice trends, ask questions, and bring forward ideas that could improve the experience for more than just one client.
- Work closely with the team. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to share feedback, solve problems, and continuously improve how we work.
- Be a voice for our clients. Share what you're hearing, advocate for what matters, and help shape how Offstreet continues to grow.
- Get out and connect. Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend conferences, and strengthen relationships face-to-face.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, ownership, and opportunities to make an impact as our Private Operators business continues to grow.
Why Offstreet?
We're a growing team that cares a lot about what we're building and the people we're building it with.
We operate a lot like a sports team. We believe in high trust, high accountability, and supporting each other along the way. We're not big on hierarchy or unnecessary processes. We value good ideas, people who take ownership, and teammates who genuinely care about doing great work.
Our values are pretty simple: Build the Best Experience, Own the Outcome, and Good Vibes, High Standards. They're a big part of how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our clients.
At Offstreet, you won't just be managing a list of accounts. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, contribute ideas, help shape how we work with our clients, and see the impact of what you do.
We're growing, learning, and building something we're really proud of, and we'd love to have you be part of it.
