Your Responsibilities
- The purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless organization, coordination, and execution of training courses across the EMEA region for either GIS or SIS academy based on demands

- Training Course Coordination: Take charge of organizing and coordinating training courses throughout EMEA. Collaborate closely with trainers and stakeholders to ensure smooth training processes.
- Process Transition to the HRBC: Facilitate the transition of training coordination processes to HR Business Center and provide ongoing guidance to ensure processes are properly executed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with trainers, product management, regional training coordinators, and HR Business Centers to establish efficient training workflows across EMEA.
- Effective Communication: Communicate with trainees as needed, ensuring timely delivery of training information. Guarantee that trainees are well-informed about training details and logistics.
- Logistics Management: Arrange training locations and accommodation for trainees attending courses. Ensure that all logistical arrangements are well-organized and aligned with training needs.
- Onsite preparation: Prepare training sessions at the EMEA Training and Education Center (E-TEC) for successful onsite delivery. Ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Attendance Monitoring: Keep track of training attendance and maintain accurate records of training data within the Learning Management System.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously improve training processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and implement enhancements as needed.
- Job requires regular presence at the EMEA Training and Education Center (E-TEC) in order to support preparation of onsite trainings, approx. 3 days per week
Your qualification
Education*:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification (e.g. passed apprenticeship with chamber
of commerce degree)
Experience*:
First professional experience in the field of training coordination or equivalent experience in another field
Knowledge and/or professional experience related to didactical approaches would be an asset
Good understanding of project work will be beneficial
Skills
- Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and related software
- Good knowledge in standard Software (especially EXCEL, Powerpoint or equal)
- Familiarity with logistics coordination for training events
- Good understanding of project work
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and German (written and spoken)
