Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize recombinant protein expression and chromatography-based purification workflows, and characterize proteins for purity, aggregation, and suitability for downstream research. Coordinate protein production across programs, guide junior staff, and maintain laboratory inventory, instrumentation, records, and operational workflows.
Requirements
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline and hands-on experience with recombinant protein expression and chromatography-based purification are required. Candidates should understand protein biochemistry and stability, manage multiple projects under tight timelines, and communicate effectively; experience with biologics, AKTA systems, protein characterization, or mentoring is preferred.
