About the Role
We are currently seeking Field Technicians to join our team. The role involves traveling to various locations throughout the Lower Mainland to perform asbestos and lead surveys.

You have a positive outlook on life and a strong academic background. Your natural curiosity is complemented by your attention to detail and your commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
You have a "Can-Do" attitude and are not afraid to take on projects with increasing challenges. You enjoy working as part of a team, but you are also self-motivated and capable of taking on assignments independently.
You are a smart, growth-oriented individual who is always looking for ways to learn and contribute. You naturally look for ways to help others and are open to receiving input from your colleagues. You present yourself professionally in the workplace and have solid writing skills and a good grasp of computer-based programs.
Most of all, you enjoy learning. Your success in this field will be driven by your growing understanding, which will evolve as you advance in your career.
You are a fully licensed driver with a clean driving abstract.
While prior training is not required, it is welcomed if applicable. We will provide all necessary training, both initially and ongoing, to help you grow and succeed in your role.
Wages
The starting pay for this position is $25 per hour as a training wage for candidates with little to no experience. However, if you have relevant experience or qualifications, we will offer you a higher starting wage based on your skills and background. We are committed to compensating qualified candidates fairly and will discuss an appropriate starting wage during the interview process.
As you progress in your role and gain experience, your pay will continue to grow in line with your skills and responsibilities.
