Role Description The Jr Producer / Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and adapting content for various brands, collaborating with creative, media, and account teams, and ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and performance goals.
Working with the live action in-house content team to shoot and capture productions ranging from agency case studies, table top, photography, talking head interviews, event capture and commercials.
Helping managing in house equipment ranging from cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.

Qualifications
- Strong content capture background with camera, lighting, audio. Comfortable filming with crew or solo.
- Familiar with agency ecosystem is a plus.
- Foundational production skills such as organizing assets, supporting pre- and post-production, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Experience in Production Coordination, Production Management, and Line Producing a plus
- Comfort with common creative and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud basics, project management platforms, and shared document systems).
- Relevant education or experience in media, film, or a related field is beneficial.
