One Care Medical and Children's Clinic

One Care Medical and Children's Clinic is a community-based multi specialty physician Clinic located in Toronto, in Scarborough. The clinic serves families in the Scarborough, Markham, and Durham Region of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The clinic is a referral center for general and pediatrics specialists as well as family medicine and non-urgent medical care. The One Care Medical Clinic was established in 2007 and continues to grow and serve the East Toronto communities.

The clinic is a state-of-the-Art Clinical Practice with an award-winning Electronic Medical Record which forms the basis of our operations. The EMR is integrated into the Ontario Health Record information system through Hospital Medical Records (HRM), Ontario Lab Information System (OLIS) Electronic Referrals (E-referral) and Network Pharmacies.

The best part of our practice is the Staff and Physicians who bring the practice is life with compassion, care and real personal touch. Our staff have been at the clinic for over fifteen years and know many of the patients personally now. Similarly, our physicians have been working at the clinic from day one and bring a special warmth, care professionalism to the practice and their families.
