We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and jump right into the action. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help shape our brand story, create engaging content, and support a variety of marketing initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Help plan and execute real marketing campaigns that make an impact.
- Create engaging content for our social channels. Everything from photos and videos to stories and reels. A focus on Instagram Reels/TikTok’s/YouTube Shorts.
- Get in front of the camera (and behind it!) to help bring our brand to life.
- Support the creation of newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Manage and schedule posts across our social platforms.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to uncover great stories worth sharing.
- Assist with events, brand activations, and community partnerships.
- Track performance, explore insights, and help us understand what content performs best.
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
Who You Are
- Must have a post-secondary education in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in marketing, communications, social media or related role is an asset.
- A natural communicator with strong writing and storytelling instincts.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Confident in front of people and a camera.
- Creative, curious, and always eager to learn new tools and techniques, experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to all company locations.
