OneRiver Software is a rapidly growing enterprise software company focused on solving one of the biggest challenges facing asset-intensive organizations: getting maintenance work planned, scheduled, and executed.
With more than 25 years of experience in maintenance software, OneRiver provides cloud-based solutions that enhance existing ERP environments. Our solutions, Arrow and Cornerstone, integrate with SAP and Oracle environments and connect critical maintenance data across ERP and other systems.
Our customers operate in asset-intensive industries including oil and gas, mining, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage, where maintenance performance directly affects reliability, productivity, safety, and profitability.
We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an entrepreneurial Director of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up.
You will be the founding member of our marketing team.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a marketing leader who wants to build rather than inherit.
Initially, you will be both strategic and hands-on. You will develop our marketing strategy, sharpen our market positioning, build demand-generation programs, create content, support Sales, and establish the systems and processes that will form the foundation of our marketing organization.
As OneRiver grows, you will build and lead the marketing team, determining which capabilities we develop internally and where we leverage agencies, partners, and technology.
You will work directly with the leadership team and have significant influence over how OneRiver positions itself in the market and generates growth.
