Responsibilities
Provide technical and business support for FX derivatives and risk applications, including monitoring, risk reconciliations, issue resolution, and production stability. Coordinate with users, technology teams, and vendors; support releases and enhancements; manage risks and escalations; and contribute to support improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requires 5–8 years of application support experience, including experience with business applications, batch management, and monitoring tools. Candidates should have broad technical skills in Linux, databases and SQL, networking, and scripting, along with analytical, organizational, communication, and issue-management abilities.
