Job Description
The Employee Movement Associate plays a key role in supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes across the organization. As a member of the Employee Movement Team (EMT), this role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR, and technology teams to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for each employee. The Associate proactively anticipates client needs, providing thoughtful solutions and exceptional service with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee changes across internal departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather employee details, establish timelines, and manage expectations.
- Work closely with HR to obtain any additional information required for processing movement requests.
- Collaborate with IT to request computer hardware and ensure timely delivery, especially for remote employees.
- Complete and submit internal forms via email or Service Now, outlining clear and accurate actions for technology and support teams.
- Support large-scale projects such as summer internship programs, rotational analyst programs, and global associate onboarding.
- Maintain precise and confidential records of employee information and transitions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, listening, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 29.00 CAD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
