Role Description The Assistant Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint-Eustache, QC, responsible for supporting daily studio operations and delivering an outstanding member experience. This role assists with managing the front desk, greeting and checking in members, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. The Assistant Studio Manager collaborates with coaches and staff to ensure classes run smoothly, maintains a clean and safe studio environment, and helps coordinate schedules, events, and special promotions. Daily responsibilities include supporting sales activities, following up on leads, membership retention efforts, and contributing to local marketing initiatives. The role also involves guiding and motivating the team, upholding Orangetheory brand standards, and ensuring members feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in their fitness journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with members, staff, and the community.
- Team Leadership and basic Project Management abilities to support staff, coordinate studio activities, and assist in operational planning.
- Sales experience, including lead follow-up, membership sales, and retention, with a focus on meeting studio performance goals.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support smooth class and front-desk operations.
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is an asset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale or membership management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fitness, or related fields is an advantage.
