About Order On Spot
Order On Spot is a Montreal food startup founded by McGill faculty and alumni. We partner with local restaurants to offer exclusive food drops: customers order and pay through our app, then pick up their food from our team at a nearby meet-up spot. We're a young, fast-moving team that values creativity, reliability and learning as we grow.
The Role
You'll help grow Order On Spot by bringing in new restaurant partners and customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Finding and reaching out to new restaurant partners and managing those relationships
- Planning and running marketing campaigns, both online and on the street
- Creating promotional materials and keeping our brand messaging consistent
- Representing Order On Spot at pop-ups, campus events and drop locations
- Tracking sales activity and using the results to improve our approach
- Working closely with the operations and tech teams to make the customer experience better
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing and social, comfortable approaching people and starting conversations
- Strong communication skills, in person and in writing
- Experience in sales, marketing or customer service (student or part-time experience counts)
- Organized, reliable and good at following through
- Comfortable with social media, basic office tools and simple sales or marketing metrics
- Able to work on-site in Montreal
- Fluent in English, with French strongly preferred
