Founded in 1947, we have grown into a national food manufacturer producing confectionery, syrups, fondants, fruit fillings, caramels and continuing to broaden into many other segments.

While “Original Foods 1947” is a recognized confectionary brand, as a Company we have become known for our co-packing expertise and we now work in partnership with some of Canada’s leading restaurant chains, food service distributors, grocery and dollar stores, and even other manufacturers.

Our modern 216,000 square feet facility houses R&D, product design, warehousing and over twenty-five production lines operated by more than 150 skilled employees.
