We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated person to help shape Orvielle’s presence on Instagram and TikTok through thoughtful content, a cohesive visual identity and a genuine interest in jewelry.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and maintain a content calendar with a consistent posting schedule across Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and publish content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photos and captions.
- Build a cohesive, visually appealing Instagram feed and a recognizable brand presence on TikTok.
- Bring fresh content ideas inspired by relevant trends, jewelry styling and our products.
- Adapt trends to suit Orvielle’s aesthetic and voice.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages.
- Track content performance and use those insights to improve engagement, audience growth, website traffic and sales.
- Work directly with the founder to coordinate content priorities and upcoming campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, whether for a brand, a client or your own account.
- A strong visual eye and an understanding of how to build a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, platform formats and online culture.
- An interest in jewelry, fashion and styling.
- Basic photography, video editing and caption-writing skills.
- The ability to organize your workload, communicate clearly and post consistently while working remotely.
No specific degree or college background is required. We’re interested in your creativity, relevant experience and the quality of your work.
Working Arrangement
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week.
The position is hybrid, with most work completed remotely. Some in-person time may be needed for content creation and collaboration.
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based and tied to agreed social media performance targets and Orvielle’s revenue.
The commission structure, performance measures, revenue calculation and payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
