Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
- We have at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
- We can build and maintain production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, processing logic, and reporting.
- We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases.
- We have practical experience building for real, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
- We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on intricate system behavior.
- We are comfortable working on multi-stage coordination challenges where information gathering leads to reasoned outcomes.
- We have experience connecting agents to live tools and APIs, including platforms such as Supabase and Gmail.
- We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking to monitor agent progress.
- We can identify subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.
Responsibilities:
- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents.
- We contribute to projects that teach large language models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
- We work on designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex real-world architectural workflows.
- We build and evaluate systems that interact with live tools and services in non-mocked environments.
- We analyze multi-turn interactions and provide precise feedback on system performance and behavior.
- We support the development of orchestration-focused solutions that require data gathering, reasoning, and structured output.
- We identify and report subtle failure modes, including security and privacy-related risks.
- We help improve the reliability and quality of autonomous agent behavior through detailed technical input.
