Skills and Requirements:
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, HVAC or home improvement sales is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the residential energy sector. We offer Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office, 2 days remote with medical and dental benefits, and provided parking.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate interest in residential energy solutions.
- Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the outside sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records.
- Work toward individual sales and appointment targets.
