Michael T. Owen & Associates Inc. was established with a view to bringing a total solutions concept to the employee benefits needs of the business community. Our philosophy is customer centred. We place our customers and their needs first. Our mission is to:
Deliver efficient and cost effective program administration; Provide independent and objective assessment of the ability of the carrier to deliver to the satisfaction of the customer. Apply individual and group solutions to the unique circumstances of the customer recognizing particularly the needs of the executive. Understand the interrelationships that exist between the clients insurance programs and how changes in one area impact others.
We focus on developing solutions with our clients through a consultative process. As we act on behalf of our clients, our advice is independent and objective. We are not affiliated with any insurance company or benefit provider. We are solely accountable to our clients.
