Duties
- Prepare accurate and competative eatimates within set deadlines
- Review 2D drawings, 3D models and customer specifications with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with shop and office personnel
- Maintain organized project and estimating files
- Greet and jelp walk-in customers
- Provide administrative support to the estimating and sales workflow (data entry, filing, etc.)
Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Telephone/email etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to visialize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings (blueprint reading)
- Strong attention to detail while managing conflicting priorities
- Personable with excelllent English verbal and written communication skills
- Peoficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Previous estimating experience is considered an asset but is not required
